About Us: Oaklea are looking to complement the existing team in a Supported Living Scheme in Spennymoor in County Durham. With full time, part time and bank positions employees will be working to support Oaklea’s customers. Lifestyle Co-ordinators / Support Worker - About the Role: You will enhance their lives, assist them with daily tasks, and support them to live independently whilst promoting their hobbies and interests. The position involves working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleep-in nights and waking nights. Working with Oaklea is both rewarding as well as at times challenging. Lifestyle Co-ordinators / Support Worker - What We Need from You: Applicants must be caring, supportive and able to work as part of a team supporting male and female customers with learning disabilities, enabling them to live in the local community whilst promoting an independent lifestyle. Applicants must be able to follow guidance from the Team Manager and undertake all training as required.
