About the job… We provide residential care services to male adults with learning disabilities whose rights may be restricted under the Mental Health Act. We do this creatively and through a supportive team approach to risk management. As a support worker you will provide advice, support and guidance to our services users with compassion, dignity and respect. No two days will be the same with much of your working day spent supporting and working alongside our service users on their educational, leisure, sporting or work placements within the community. On occasions you may be asked to support our service users with cooking meals completing domestic tasks and personal care. You will never be asked to do anything we as owners would not do ourselves. We ask that you have a full driving licence as being out and about in the community forms a large part of the role.
