Overview
Our client based in Weybridge are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join the business on an ongoing temporary basis. The purpose of this role will be to input data and ensure all information is recorded correctly at all times. The role involves: Recording and updating customer data correctly Summarising data on Excel to be used in the wider business Ensuring there are no duplications from the data that you receive Liaising with customers and other teams in the business to ensure information is accurate Reporting on budgets Working closely with the AR team to validate and process claims To be considered you will: Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Pivot tables, Vlookups and charts Be responsible for generating visuals from the data Strong communication skills Excellent administration skills Able to work towards deadlines Please apply for this position for further information and the chance to be considered.
