3rd Line Support Engineer - Opportunity to learn Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) - Peterborough £38-45k on-call package (£50k) Concept IT are recruiting for a 3rd Line Engineer for a growing IT company in Peterborough. The role is a great opportunity for an experienced infrastructure engineer to learn the latest cloud technologies The role is a mixture of 3rd level BAU support and technical project work for clients. If you have experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server / Exchange / AD / DNS / Lync / Skype for Business etc) and are looking to develop your public cloud skills - this role will give you a great platform to do so. The role will consist of: Providing BAU support, as well as assisting in new project work. Mentor and provide an escalation point for the 2nd line engineers. Provide technical assistance and remote support for on-going projects. Aid in the transition of new customers when required.
