3rd Line Application and Cloud Engineer

If you need in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Applications & Infrastructure and have the ability to analyse situations, understand and prioritise to ensure that overall outcome is what is best for the customer and look at going the extra mile. If you have been a point of technical escalation and expertise as well as technical assistance and support to on- going projects Main responsibilities include (but not limited to) - Respond to incidents logged on the incident management systems and provide end users with a technical support - Mentor 2nd Line Engineers and act as a technical escalation point - Provide remote support as part of 24X7 out of hours rota - Escalate service issues to Team Leaders abd Service Desk Managers - Escalation to vendors - Provide technical assistance to on going project when required - Work as a team to ensure workload is managed - Make sure any solutions are backed up with training and documentation Experience with the following technologies: - Windows Server - 2008/2012/2016/2019 - Hyper-V - Active Directory - DNS, DHCP, Sites & Services, Replication, GPO - SQL Server Administration - Exchange - 2013/2016/2019 - Cloud experience in the following: - Azure - AWS - o365 - Google Cloud Please call Martin on or email:
