Receptionist Salary £22k Are you the go-to person in the office? Do you possess exceptional organisational skills? Then this is the job for you Hours: Mondays to Friday 8.30am to 4:30pm. A B2B media group specialising in exhibitions and online media is looking for a well-presented and organised receptionist for their team. This role is based in the London office in West London, where you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and a key component in ensuring a smooth running of the office. Duties will include: Day-to-day running of the reception function; operating the switchboard, welcoming and directing visitors, and acting as a central information point Providing administrative and travel support for the commercial teams Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area and all meeting rooms Offering refreshments where necessary Providing quality customer service by taking messages and re-directing callers appropriately Distribution of post, franking, courier packages (including bookings) and all incoming faxes Ordering and maintaining stationery and office refreshments Maintenance of reception filing systems, including purchase orders, delivery notes and shipment receipts To provide building security an up to date list of access cards Arrangement of travel, including arranging visas Raising and managing the PO system Submitting expenses Skills and abilities: Reception experience Good knowledge of MS Office Ability to deal effectively and confidently with a wide range of people Good communication and organisational skills Pro-active and enthusiastic attitude If this sounds like the position for you, then please apply today For further information please call Leone McEwan on or email .
