Senior Property Manager - Marylebone - up to £60,000 Are you a knowledgeable and extremely capable Senior Property Manager, Portfolio Manager or Block Manager keen to take on the running and management of some of London’s most impressive and luxurious super prime residential properties? If so, we’re looking for a charismatic and extremely experienced individual to join a fantastic company in Marylebone. The Company: A very successful residential property management company, with several billion under management and a further several billion coming to the market over the next 5 years, clients include Northacre, Finchatton and Ronson Capital Partners. Established over 8 years ago, they specialise in the block and property management of some of the most luxurious and prestigious residential properties in London. Key responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager: Oversee personal portfolio being fully responsible for everything on each site Work on portfolio wide projects with the PM team and Directors i.e. aligning insurance premiums, tendering contracts and undertaking cost saving exercises Ensure all property systems are kept up to date Supervise client and creditor accounts Requirements: 9 - 10 years industry experience including new build developments Understanding of the super-prime London residential market Proactive and dynamic Strong communication skills Personable and friendly If you’re interested in this Senior Property Manager position and have the experience required, please apply now or call Collins Property Recruitment for more information.
