OFFICE MANAGER LONDON UP TO £40,000 EXCELLENT BENEFITS Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful company based in London who, due to expansion, are seeking an Office Manager to join their fast paced team. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support to each department within the business. You will liaise on a daily basis with the senior management team and your colleagues, overseeing the day to day running of the office and completing all administrative duties. This role would suit a motivated individual who has experience as an Administrator / Office Manager / Secretary / Personal Assistant. If you are seeking the opportunity to work for a market leading, forward thinking company, then send your CV in for immediate consideration THE ROLE: Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously whilst working to deadlines Finance administration including updating spreadsheets and inputting invoices on Xero Processing quotations and pricing requests for clients Provide support to the Directors including diary management Setting and confirming various appointments for the senior management team Maintaining accurate and up to date records on the CRM system Database cleansing to ensure that all contact details are accurate and up to date Stock management, ordering in office supplies when required THE PERSON: Previous experience within an Administration / Office Manager / Personal Assistant role is essential Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships Organised with high attention to detail Able to multitask and manage a busy workload Ability to work well under pressure Computer literate TO APPLY: Shortlisting is taking place in the coming days so please send your CV in for immediate consideration.
