Senior Finance Assistant | Creative Agency | Central London Harmonic are excited to be working closely with an established PR Agency. They are currently experiencing a period of rapid growth and are looking for a proactive, ambitious Finance Assistant to join the team of 2. The company has a very non-corporate working environment, and you will be joining what is a very sociable team well integrated with the wider business. The Role: You will be working closely with Finance Director gaining broad exposure with opportunities to progress into an Assistant Management Accountant. The Duties: Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Preparation of VAT Returns Assisting with the running of monthly management accounts Responsibility for posting journals Maintaining the ledgers Processing invoices Helping with the processing of Accounts Payable Ad-hoc duties supporting senior members of the team.
