Personal Care Showering / Bathing Dressing and grooming Toileting Medication administration Companionship Use of aids and equipment Help at mealtimes Shopping Planning and preparing meals Domestic tasks Trips out, appointments and social activities Meaningful activity To promote client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity.
