Financial Controller | £50,000 - £60,000 Bonus | Ashton-in-Makerfield | Private Equity Backed FMCG Business | Rapidly Expanding Business Axon Moore is working in an exclusive partnership with a high-growth, private equity backed, FMCG business near Ashton-in-Makerfield, who are looking to strengthen their finance team ahead of another year of expansion. The Finance Director who is an exceptional NW private equity specialist will be appointing his right-hand person in this Financial Controller vacancy. They are looking for an ambitious qualified accountant with a strong grounding in core accounting but with astute commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset. The new Financial Controller will be mentored and developed throughout this role and will have multiple opportunities to work across the business. The Financial Controller will work in all encompassing role that covers end-to-end finance including management of a medium sized team, oversight of systems, commercials and senior stakeholder management. There will be a good variety of projects to get involved with around the business as they continue to upgrade old infrastructure and integrate recent acquisitions. This role will best suit an ambitious ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a couple of years PQE who is on a trajectory towards Finance Director in the future.
