Our Cyber & Law Enforcement Group provides a comprehensive range of cyber and digital forensics services to our customers. We are currently looking to fill an exciting position for a Senior Service Support Administrator within the Group’s Law Enforcement Team, based at our customer site in Lambeth, London. The role You will be responsible for supporting the MASS Digital Forensic Managed Service (DFMS). In your role you will: Support the Operations Manager deliver Digital Forensic outsourcing services to the primary MPS client, on site at MPS premises in Lambeth Actively engage with stakeholders promoting team building and partnership to ensure the efficient delivery the managed service in accordance with contractual requirements Support the tasking and operational workflow of Digital Forensics Suppliers subcontracted to MASS Act as liaison between MPS client and DF suppliers on operational matters and commercial administration Produce reports on Management Information and KPIs according to contractual requirements Arrange regular and ad hoc meetings (including taking minutes and arranging travel for offsite meetings) Draft briefing papers Maintain accurate records on the CPS attendance of Cell Site experts Maintain service delivery schedules, actions, issues, and risks logs Provide feedback and lessons learnt to MASS HQ to assist in the development of service improvements and engagement with other customers Deputise for the Operations Manager as and when required Undertake other tasks to support the team where required Comply with Company policies and procedures (including the Business Management System) Adhere to the MASS values. About you You will have a proven track record of working in a disciplined environment where contract revenue is linked to the timely achievement of performance targets. , You will have: A desire to build on your service delivery experience and take on 'hands on' responsibility for a key public service An interest in developing your knowledge of service management, customers and commercial suppliers within the law enforcement sector A willingness to work in an environment where you may be expected to work out of normal business hours and be on call. Essential skills & experience Experience of delivering managed services and technical products Knowledge and experience of project management and stakeholder engagement in a public sector environment Strong verbal and written communication skills to support a range of reporting responsibilities Strong negotiation skills with experience of managing competing priorities in a service environment. Ability to handle multiple workstreams concurrently Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment to tight deadlines Attention to detail Fully IT literate and highly competent in Microsoft Excel Vetting to SC plus NPPV3, with experience of working at secure sites while adhering to policy on information management and security. Desirable skills & experience Experience within the UK Law Enforcement Sector such as police forces or, HMG Authorities such as Home Office and NCA, and within the sector supply chain for these sectors Understanding of digital forensics methodologies, operational concepts and policies including device data extraction, cell site analysis, data handling, processes and tools Understanding on associated standards and governance An interest in supply chain management, process design and development. Qualifications Ideally you will be qualified to Degree level in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security or Business Administration, along with ITIL or other recognised Service Management qualification. Please note that relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications. Other things you should know The role is based at our customer site in Lambeth. However, successful candidates must be willing to travel to client locations and other MASS sites as required. Overseas travel may also be required. You will have the ability to attain MPS NPPVL3 vetting and will be prepared to attain other security clearance, potentially up to DV.
