Overview
Fawkes & Reece have an opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to work for a SME FM Provider. This role consists working in East and South London. Within this role, work is varied and could involve installation and maintenance of Electrical Installations, Fault finding and problem solving, working within commercial properties ad completing work packages to the defined industry services. Duties, will include all PPM's and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, led's, starters, small lighting installations, fault finding to panels, changing fuses, sockets, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests, floor boxes, data points, basic reactive plumbing as well as this the Maintenance Electrician will be working on mechanical and HVAC equipment and escorting sub-contractors.
