You appreciate the pressures of working in financial services whether specifically investment management or otherwise and understand the lingo You describe yourself as a problem solving administrator who works both collaboratively in a team as well as managing your time to ensure clients receive exceptional service. You may have knowledge of stock market investments, trades, pensions and products. If not, no worries. Key Responsibilities: · Preparation of meeting packs · Daily processing of post into the office · Checking the Daily Reports including standing order checks and payments/receipts /debits) · Administration of prospective client paperwork · General administration for client portfolios · Dealing with client and IFA queries over the phone and by email · Ad hoc project work Skills, Experience, and Behaviours: This role is ideal for someone interested in a career in Account Management / Investment Management but may not yet be confident with client contact or does not have relevant experience. · Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferable · A strong ethic of client/customer service · Ability to work at pace and deliver against established individual and team targets · Propensity to work well within teams, collaborating with colleagues to ensure best outcomes for internal and external clients · Strong inter-personal skills · Excellent attention to detail · Effective communicator in person and in writing · Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint · Demonstrates the company values
