Overview
Our client, a global Investment company based in Birmingham City Centre, is recruiting for an Investment Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The Role: Reporting to the Investment Director and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for three key areas:- Supporting the investment introducer network Managing the on-boarding of new introducers Manage investor relationships, both on the telephone and via email communication Duties & Responsibilities: Signing up new introducers and chasing introducers for outstanding paperwork Undertaking regular status checks on investor and introducer applications Monitoring investor progress on the Internal system Dealing with email queries Taking investor queries using approved scripts and talking them through the investment process Maintaining caller log and liaising with investment team for application progress About You: You must have excellent customer service skills and have previous experience working in a customer focussed environment Have first class communication (telephone & email) skills and be highly organised, confident working to deadlines Must be competent in using Microsoft Office and be able to work in a team Confident, with exceptional people skills and able to grow with the team Knowledge of the investment industry would be advantageous but not essential In return you will receive a competitive salary and the opportunity to join a busy team where you can expand on your skills.
