Overview
SF Recruitment's Commercial Division are excited to be working with a reputable company in Leicester as they recruit a Lettings Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Lettings Manager, your role will be to oversee the management of a portfolio of residential leasehold blocks. To oversee the collection of service charge, ground rent and insurance arrears for designated developments. To actively promote and develop Leasehold Services. As the Lettings Manager, your key duties will include: - To ensure leaseholder and freeholder enquiries and complaints are logged and responded to appropriately in line with company policy - To ensure good communication with leaseholders and freeholders at all times - To ensure responses to enquiries and complaints are carried out within the approved timescales - To approve contractor invoices prior to payment - To assist with the annual service charge assessment for each development and ensure the accounts are maintained at an appropriate operating level - To inspect and coordinate maintenance and repair works - To identify breaches of lease conditions and take enforcement action as necessary - To coordinate quotes as appropriate for planned maintenance and maintenance initiatives - To ensure all development assets are logged, and maintained as required To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager, you will: - Experience within the same industry - Excellent verbal skills, Good IT Skills and a team player. - Basic Excel skills preferred - Used to dealing with warehouse staff and delivery drivers. - Able to follow company procedures. - Must be self-motivated and driven. Able to manage workload in a busy multitask environment. - Look to implement their own idea's if considered to be better than the way things are currently done. - Have great communication skills to work as part of a large team were communication with each area of the business is imperative.
