Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager in a permanent role in Leicester. A full-time role, the client is looking for someone who ideally has 4-5 years’ in lettings experience. Examples of being driven, a problem solver and able to multitask is key to this role. Duties will include: Carrying out check ins and inventories Responsible for carrying out scheduled property visits with clients Organising maintenance when required Develop and routinely search for potential new clients. Candidates must be up to date with all new legislation. Working hours are 9-6 (start time: 8.45am) Monday to Friday. Weekends are not mandatory but, they will be required on occasion, so flexibility is needed. There is commission of total letting income, Incentives on auction properties, Incentives on listing and Incentives on mortgage referrals. There are also travel expenses involved within this role.
