Head Chef NEW OPENING - May OR June Salary of £39/45k Bonus Quality Gastropub at 1AA Rosette level We are currently looking for a Head chef to join our growing company and help open a new site this spring/summer. This is a great opportunity to lead and hire your own brigade and make your mark in the gastropub scene. Bringing the London scene to the country is the aim and making food that is both accessible and exciting is the key. 2AA rosette level expected to achieve with the right head chef. The market is obviously tough right now but this opportunity is a big one for when it reopens.
