They require an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor, Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, all will be considered) to join the team in Bristol. The Role: You'll be involved in all aspects of conveyancing, predominantly the sales and purchases of properties but with this firm, you'll be able to forge a specialism, or if you have already developed one they will certainly allow you to use it. As such, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to help further develop this already successful and respected team. The ideal candidate: The successful candidate will demonstrate a client-focused approach as you would expect, but what this firm really look for is a can-do attitude, passion for the work and a collaborative approach. This is an excellent Conveyancing opportunity, and for anyone considering a move, they are a fantastic option. Ideally, you'll have at least one years PQE, although experience as a paralegal in this area may be taken into account for more junior candidates - however, there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE considered, the firm hires on a more individual basis.
