My client are a highly regarded multidiscipline law firm with a number of offices across the UK. They currently have a vacancy for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join there team who defend claims for damage and pursuing recoveries. This opportunity is in their Bolton office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm with a genuine passion for client care, who can support you in developing and progressing your career. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be working on large loss property damage work on behalf of insurers such as collapsing property, fire, escape of water and subsidence. Your responsibilities will include; Preparing court bundles Instructing council Drafting witness statements Conducting legal research The ideal candidate will have previously dealt with insurance clients, preferably from a defendant perspective and be seeking the opportunity to specialise in property litigation. Part of this role will also see you recovering the costs after the claim has been defended. Whilst this is a specialist property litigation role that requires strong litigation background, my client are happy to train people into this niche discipline.
