A well regarded full-service law firm with long-standing roots is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join its team in Bolton, Greater Manchester. You will be joining the multi-office firm's Property Team, which is known for the quality work it does, where you will handle a broad range of commercial property matters from start to finish. You will be working autonomously, with little supervision, therefore, a good grounding of real estate knowledge and the ability to hit the ground running is essential. You will play an active part in developing your client base further, so you will need passion and the ability to undertake networking activities. Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, agreements and deed of surrender. You must be a qualified commercial property solicitor (likely 3 years' PQE), however, PQE is given as a guideline as candidates with less/more experience are also encouraged to apply. You will need to have a proven track record in dealing with a range of commercial property cases.
