Overview
Experienced private client professional required for reputable South Yorkshire practice. The firms private client team has consists of a number of highly recognised lawyers who have been providing expert legal services to clients nationally for a number of decades. The team now seek to appoint an experieced Paralegal or Legal Executive who can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' experience handling a mixed caseload of private client matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload incorporating wills and probate, powers of attorney, trusts, court of protection and tax law. Candidates must be able to work on a caseload with no to minimum supervision.
