Driven Private Client Legal Secretary with 1 year’s experience sought for a Lexcel accredited practice. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Private Client Legal Secretary to join our client’s Legal 200 practice in South Yorkshire on a full-time, permanent basis. Assisting fee earners specialising in wills, trust and probate, the successful applicant will prove an excellent performance on a daily basis. Responsibilities • Diary management • Audio typing • Sending and receiving e-mails • Travel arrangements • Liaising with clients and other professionals • Drafting various documents • General administrative duties The Candidate • Legal secretaries with at least 1 year’s experience • Previous experience in family matters is highly desirable • Educated to GCSEs levels 4-9, A to C or higher (or equivalent) • Has accurate typing speed and IT proficiency • Excellent communication skills • Great attention to detail The Firm With multiple offices in the North as well as the East Midlands, our client is a traditional firm within a modern setting serving the needs of both individuals and businesses throughout the country.
