Overview
Conveyancer, Birmingham Award winning practice seeks experienced Conveyancer to join their city centre office. A reputable and high performing firm with a stream of high quality work are looking to recruit into their thriving conveyancing department. You will handle a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will work alongside the Head of Department, have full secretarial support and progress your caseload autonomously. You will deal with all aspects of residential property including sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity. The variety of work coupled with the high quality of supervision will allow you to continue to develop your practice and broaden your experience. If you wish to increase your visibility in the local market there will be opportunities to get involved in business development activities however this is by no means a defined responsibility of the role. Applications will be considered from capable conveyancing fee earners of all levels of experience. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have case handling ability commensurate with that of a 3 year PQE Solicitor. The firm is performing well and is able to offer a competitive package to incentivise the right individual to join.
