Overview
This extremely well established Legal 500 firm is looking for an NQ property litigation solicitor to join the team based in Cardiff. You will be a newly qualified solicitor who is keen to join an established Property Litigation Team of specialist lawyers servicing clients regionally. You will be technically strong and a good team player. As a property litigation solicitor, your caseload will involve housing litigation for social housing landlord clients and other residential landlords with large portfolios. Knowledge of civil procedure rules would be beneficial, however full training will be on offer. Advocacy will be a very critical part of this opening and you will be undertaking contested applications in local courts. This is an outstanding firm based in Cardiff in which you will be encouraged to develop relationships. You will also have the opportunity to undertake some commercial property litigation work.
