Role: Residential Conveyancing Locum Location: London Salary: Very competitive hourly rate – Dependent on experience Highly regarded firm are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to join them whilst they recruit permanently within their department. This position is to start imminently for an ongoing period, depending on when the firm recruit but is for a minimum of 3-6 months. Applicants must be confident dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters including, but not limited to: - Right to buy - New builds - Plot sales - Lease extensions - Sales and purchases - Freehold and leasehold - Remortgages - Transfer of equity For more information please contact Lucy Tootell.
