A well regarded Legal 500 ranked law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join their dispute resolution team based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Your role as the commercial litigation solicitor will be to manage a varied caseload including high-value contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and commercial property litigation. This opportunity has arisen due to growth in workstreams from a range of sources including SME clients, insurers, regulatory bodies and housing associations. You must be a qualified commercial litigation solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) and will likely live locally in Bolton, Leigh, Wigan or surrounding areas. You will ideally have gained experience of advising and assisting clients with legal problems relating to all areas of commercial litigation including representation in court where necessary.
