Based in the firm’s Colchester office, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Your New Role The Dispute Resolution Solicitor will advise on varied commercial disputes involving: Property Contracts Negligence Shareholders Insolvency Partners and directors About You Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors, Lawyers and other fee earners who demonstrate: Proven experience handling a mixed caseload of commercial and private client dispute resolution work Experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes as well as other property disputes NQ to 4 years of PQE Benefits In addition to working as part of an exceptional team, the Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be offered £35,000 - £50,000 per annum , dependent on experience, plus a continued platform for success and development.
