Overview
Dispute Resolution Solicitor QED Legal are recruiting for a leading Essex practice who are looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Solicitor in their North Essex office. This dynamic and growing firm have been in operation for over 50 years in Essex where they've been specialists operating in all major practices across both commercial law and private law. As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be required to handle your own caseload and advise on a broad range of dispute resolution matters including but not limited to; property litigation, consumer law, contract disputes and contentious probate. The successful Solicitor will ideally you will have experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes as well as other property disputes. Applications are invited from Newly Qualified Solicitors to 4 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
