A highly respected firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a corporate solicitor from NQ to 4 years’ PQE to join its busy team. The work will be varied and include M&As, restructuring and management buyouts. You will run your own caseload under supervision and also work with the partner on larger deals. The firm is highly regarded and you will be exposed to good quality work with excellent guidance from a senior lawyer. You will be happy to get involved in business development activities and have a strong commercial approach. Salary has been generated by G2 Legal.
