Overview
We are looking for an advocate to join the team at a Non-Departmental Public Body. Applicants should be qualified as a Barrister or Solicitor with a practising certificate. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of appearing as an advocate before a range of Tribunals and will have proven experience of working within regulation. It is desirable that candidates also have experience drafting contracts and a familiarity with the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act and GDPR.
