JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: NQ-4 years PQE LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 OVERVIEW: • The opportunity to join a highly regarded defendant clinical negligence team at a top 100 law firm in Bristol. • You will handle an interesting and broad caseload of both litigated and pre-litigated complex and high value matters, primarily on behalf of the NHS and insurers. • To be successful in this application, you will either be a junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor with experience acting on a caseload of defendant matters, or you will be an NQ Solicitor keen to develop your career in this area. • If you are an NQ Solicitor, you will need to have undertaken at least one seat in clinical negligence during your training contract. • Strong communication skills are necessary and you should display a confidence in your ability to work closely with clients. • This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing law firm, who are regarded for their expertise in acting for public sector clients.
