Role: Programme Management Officer (PMO / TMO) Location: Redhill Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 Bonus Our client, a successful global organisation, are currently looking for a Programme Management Officer / Transformation Management Officer to join their growing Business Change function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team making ways in the business to ensure operational excellence in a role where you will liaise with heads of departments / Directors and guide with facts. Qualifications / Experience Required: 5 years' experience in a PMO / Transformation Office role. Advanced information gathering, analytical and reporting skills. Use of relevant project & transformation methodologies such as P30, Prince2, Agile, Scrum and applicable governance models. Proven experience of applying these pragmatically within organisations Excellent facilitation and coaching skills. Can communicate to stakeholders at the appropriate level and builds effective working relationships quickly Creative, well organised, autonomous and result oriented.
