We are recruiting to a number of roles in the South East and South West of England This a great opportunity to join our established Programmes Team contributing to the delivery of accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programmes covering topics such as domestic abuse, violence and aggression, substance misuse and challenging behaviour. No specific experience is required and we welcome applications from those working in similar fields or those seeking a new professional challenge. Key Responsibilities Our Programme Facilitators deliver a range of group work programmes and courses aimed at supporting individuals to change negative behaviours and unhelpful patterns of thinking. You will participate in the preparation and planning of groups and then provide written reports on service users’ progress. The role involves working with low, medium and high risk service users. There will be some 1:1 work but most of the work is carried out in a group setting. The role would suit someone who is open to working with a diverse range of people with complex needs. You will be dealing with service users from a variety of backgrounds with differing beliefs, attitudes and behaviours where you will need to explore these differences with a view to achieving positive change. You must also have the ability to maintain an adequate level of discipline and control so that learning can take place within the group. Due to the nature of the role a vast amount of training and support is provided to ensure that all Programme Facilitators are confident and competent to succeed. Through the training programme you will learn about the aspects of Treatment and Programme Delivery including the theory behind the Interventions we deliver. Additional Information Base Salary: £22,039 per annum plus enhancements for weekend and evening working. For example If the working pattern included four evenings per week the starting salary would be £24,183 per annum. Locations: We are recruiting to a number of positions across our Offices in the South East and South West of England Hours : This is a full time role, there is an expectation that operational staff work regular weekday evenings (until 10pm) and on Saturdays to support service users without jeopardising their employment.
