Overview
A great opportunity to join a market leading company within the Automotive Industry. We are looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator/Advisor to work within the trade area of a well known brand. You will provide an excellent Customer Service to all trade customers either in person or by telephone. You will also be required to issue internal stakeholders/Technicians with parts as required. Your contribution will lead to the overall success of the sales team. You will be proactive in all promoting products to all customers You will ensure that a record is maintained of all stock transactions Responsibility for receiving, labelling and maintaining an inventory of stock You will be required to provide quotations for both internal and external customers Accurately compile job cards for all repairs being carried out You must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a customer facing role.
