Overview
An immediate vacancy for a Senior Electronics Technician / Electronics Engineer, with proven background in service and repair of electronics equipment and components. Ideal industry experience includes automotive, aerospace, medical devices or power supply. An excellent opportunity to further develop your skills within a market leading OEM. Based in West London and salaried up to £35,000. Role You will work as a part of a team to fault-find, repair, service and test electronic equipment. Based in a workshop environment, you will liaise with customers and other parts of the business to ensure repairs are carried out in given time scales. All work is processed via an internal system. The successful candidate will need to ensure the correct reports are created and system is updated throughout the repair or service. As senior engineer you may also support/mentor junior engineers in their day to day role. Once passed probation, you will be eligible for flexi-time and salary review. Candidate You will have a proven background electronics and gained either recognised training or qualifications. Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of IT (i.e Microsoft) systems. Candidates with electronics service / repair skills from a high-quality driven industry such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices or power supply will be looked at favourably. A committed, driven and energetic personality is also essential. Remuneration Up to £35,000 per annum, which will be reviewed annually based on performance.
