Facilities/Compliance Manager Basingstoke, Hampshire £35,000 to £40,000/annum Boden resource have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager working client side for a Global Business. The role shall be based in Basingstoke with sporadic travel to other sites across the UK and Ireland. Role: Experienced Facilities Manager working for a Global business Ensure that standards are maintained across the sites and coordinate the Maintenance Management of Sub Contractors on site who deliver the Hard and Soft services Responsible for raising purchase order for Facilities & checking invoices Management of the security within the building Manage site in Swindon with remote management of other sites with site visit on a sporadic basis Work with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery Work with Accounts Department to ensure Complete and accurate allocation of Delta 100 service charges Management of the Compliance and H&S ensuring the site meets relevant standards Identify and mange any risk in relation to non-compliance Company: Global FM Candidate: Previous experience within a similar role essential and within property asset management Previous experience managing Sub contractors across hard and soft services Hard services background Strong PC-based computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Internet navigation Experience using email and calendaring applications Ability to quickly adapt to new computer programs and software Good communication skills both verbal and written Key team player and a can-do attitude willing to tackle issues hands on Organised, efficient and detail-oriented Previous experience with compliance and Health & Safety Based in Basingstoke To apply for this role, please do so via this advert or for a confidential discussion please call Josh on 0121 7021464 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89640607
