Overview
A top, award winning, digital agency is looking for an experienced Front End Technical Lead to join their team in their London office. Joining this team, besides working on hand-on development using cutting edge technologies, you will maintain communications to a distributed team and be the driving force behind their technical delivery across client project. To sum it up, you will be at the forefront of technical evolution and growth, you will support your dedicated team, both near and off-shore, and work closely with other disciplines though every stage of a project in order to create the best possible digital solutions. We are looking for someone who is happy to code and has a history of working on projects which are complex. Most importantly, you will be an ambitious leader that looks forward to make the next step in their career. Although initially this will be a tech lead role, this position offers the chance to progress to further levels within the business. (Salary rise comes with the progression of course). Essential skills: · Expert level knowledge of JavaScript. · Extensive experience with tool and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Node, SAAS/LESS · Solid experience delivering web solutions · Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design principles. · Extensive experience working in cross-functional teams. · Experience leading and maintain communications to a distributed team · Ability to communicate with client acting as a representative for the company.
