Overview
Our client, an international consulting firm is seeking to recruit a Valuations professional at Executive or Assistant Manager level to be based in central London. Excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic consulting team. Responsibilities will include: Independent expert / fair value reports, M&A valuation reports, Purchase price allocations, Intangible asset and intellectual property valuations Responsibility for fundamental financial analysis, peer group comparison and report publication. Creation of valuation models for DCF and capitalisation of earnings Valuations for forensic and litigation purposes Candidates will have strong valuations experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in valuations. You will ideally be a qualified accountant or CFA. If not, we will also consider candidates with a strong finance background. Strong interpersonal and client facing skills are key.
