Java Developer - £40,000-£55,000 - Graduates through to Senior Developers Manchester City Centre - Would the challenge of being part of a smaller team that is due to scale due to BRAND NEW produt development interest you? (Due to launch Q2 2020) - Working on analytical software continuing to make a real difference to millions of lives? Where the CEO, as an ex-Developer, understands the importance of quality in delivery? - A company that support L&D and will encourage and also fund external learning on both technical aspects (Java, AWS) and leadership? (Recently funded a Masters in Big Data for a member of the team) If so, please read on as following significant PE investment my Manchester City Centre based client are seeking FOUR Java Developers at various levels from Junior Java Developer through to Senior Java Developer. Additionally due to the expected growth my client will also consider excellent software engineers who perhaps have C#, C++, Python backgrounds that want to learn Java Based next to Piccadilly Gardens in the heart of the City Centre this particular client offers the successful Java Developer the best of both worlds; with the security of a big corporation but the scope and license to really be involved with key tech decisions and approaches like at a smaller outfit. This client has also been within the UK's top 50 fastest growing technology companies for the last 2 years and at the moment cater over a quarter of their targeted market As a Java Developer you will ideally possess strong technical knowledge of: - Java 8-11 - AWS (happy to train & certify) - IntelliJ - JavaScript / AngularJS - Junit - Selenium - Prior experience or processing large-scale data sets There is a great culture in the business with a core value being "never stand still", across the delivery team there is a great team spirit and a very active social side with monthly and quarterly events.
