The ideal property litigation solicitor will have between 3-5 years' PQE and should have experience covering the full range of commercial and residential property disputes. You will join a highly regarded team of 7 lawyers in Milton Keynes who form part of the firm's national team and advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, licensed property disputes, professional negligence and contested forfeiture proceedings. The firm acts for clients across various sectors, but experience within the pub, hotel and restaurant sectors would be advantageous.
