1st Line support-Reading. Contract-6 Months. Day rate- £100-130 Depending on Experience. In-Scope of IR35 Your new role My client is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer in the Reading area. You will be joining a growing team. You will be expected to provide support to issues raised by the internal teams. There is a chance for progression and training for 2nd Line Support in this contract What you'll need to succeed you will need solid and clear experience in providing 1st Line Support, ideally a minimum of 1 to 3 years. You will be expected to support and provide basic trouble shooting and password resets. Finally, you will need good clear communication as well as strong customer service.
