Overview

About the Role: As an Application Support / Integration Consultant, you will become an expert with our product toolset and associated technologies by pairing with senior members of the team. You will become an expert on customer projects that involve connecting customer’s internal/external infrastructure throughout the value chain. The day-to-day work will be alongside senior members of the Technical Team, Business Analysts and Project Managers, with frequent interaction with external stakeholders. Essential Skills · Knowledge of XML/JSON/HTML · Knowledge of PHP or Java · Knowledge of XSLT · Knowledge of REST/SOAP · Knowledge of Unix/Linux · Knowledge of database technology (SQL, MySQL) Desirable Skills · Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Javascript) · Basic knowledge of programming languages · Basic knowledge of OCR solutions · Basic knowledge of build and deployment tools (Ant, Mavin and Gradle) · Basic knowledge of DevOps/cloud technology (Jenkins, Puppet, AWS and Docker) · Basic knowledge of ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana) · Basic Knowledge of messaging (JMS, ActiveMQ, SonicMQ) Experience · You will prior experience in a 2 nd /3 rd line support or application support role · Excellent communication skills About Proagrica As one of the fastest growing brands within RBI, Proagrica is a global provider of independent connectivity and data-driven support solutions for the agriculture industry.
