HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT - SUPPORT WORKER - TEAM LEADER - NORTH WEST LONDON An excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Health Care Assistant - Support Worker - Team Leader, to work within our Clients well established Residential Care Home located in North West London area, who are part of an Independent Group. As a qualified Team Leader -Health Care Assistant/ Support Worker the suitable Candidate will work within the Residential Care Home, via our agency RSM TopJobs Ltd. The Role: As a qualified Team Leader - Health Care Assistant - Support Worker, the suitable Candidate will Ideally be available to cover Shifts Long Days - Monday to Friday Start time: 8am - 8 pm and oversee / lead a Team of 3 Carers on Shift. The suitable Team Leader will report directly to the Care Manager on duty within the Care Home and attend all meeting as and when required. The Person: A fully qualified Team Leader - Health Care Assistant - Support Worker. Enhanced DBS required (on update service) Reliable. Flexible on working hours. - Able to work Shifts : Day Shifts Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm Helpful, caring.
