Overview
Are you a Production Supervisor form a CNC machine shop background looking to step up into a Production Manager role where you will be the go to person with in the Production and assembly department? On offer in this excellent opportunity is the chance to manage a team of 13 production staff whilst also making process and efficiency improvements across production and assembly in a role offering the right candidate future progression. The Company themselves have been established for over half a century and manufacture bespoke machinery for companies on a global scale. This position would suit a senior production member from a manufacturing plant that uses CNC looking to be seen as an industry expert as you head up production. The Role: Manage and oversee all Production Working directly with the MD Maintain quality and standards across production Improve Production process The Person: Production Manager or Supervisor within a CNC machine shop background Ideally have experience in assembly Supply chain knowledge Looking for a long-term career
