Overview
One of the continual success stories on the high street is seeking a Junior Merchandiser who will play a key role within the merchandising team. Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, you will be working across both UK and international markets. Junior Merchandiser daily responsibilities include: Review & analysis of previous season sales and propose the future strategy Assist the merchandiser with range building Assist in training and supporting Merchandise Assistants Review availability on a weekly basis and propose actions Review & re-forecast core line cards With the Merchandiser, review weekly delivery schedule and critical path manage intake WSSI maintenance and OTB creation Attend selection meetings with the Senior Merchandiser and Buyer To be considered you must have experience of Planning and trading your own range Recent retail merchandising experience from another large multiple retailer at an experienced Senior Assistant or existing Junior Merchandiser level Ability to lead a small team This role would suit an experienced Assistant Merchandiser or existing Junior Merchandiser seeking a role that offers progression and great exposure throughout the business
