Overview
Transport Controller required. Bennett and Game are proud to represent a reputable vehicle recovery company based in Dunstable that require an experienced Transport Controller / Coordinator to join their office. The client require a candidate that is quick to react, able to provide a high level of customer service and obtain the relevant details for each case. You will be answering all recovery requests and communicating effectively with the vehicle technicians ensuring they are well informed on the customer's needs. To be successful in this role you must have previous experience working within a breakdown / recovery service. Transport Controller - Day Shift - Position Overview Provide excellent customer service to all customers utilising the companies services. Provide clear instruction to the vehicle technicians, assessing which vehicle will be required on a case by case basis. Experience within a role of this nature will be required as training is not provided on this occasion. Transport Controller - Day Shift - Position Requirements Allocate drivers to breakdown recovery vehicles depending on skillset Obtain vital information regarding location, vehicle type and details on breakdown Quick to react to all customer contact Clear communication skills to all parties concerned to ensure a streamlined service.
