Overview
I am recruiting a Senior on site recruitment account manager for my client which is an employment agency based in Dunstable that specialises in supplying Class 1 & 2 drivers The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team of recruiters in the transport sector and have superb customer service skills. You will be working for a recruitment agency at one of their clients large warehouse units based in Dunstable The Role includes: Managing a team of 6 recruitment coordinators across various shifts Recruiting and registering Class 1 & 2 Drivers Ensuring drivers staff are fully compliant Entering details onto the computer system Holding new staff Inductions Performance Managing the drivers Liaising with client supervision to ensure they are happy with the service Attending production meetings to obtain next days staffing levels Organising drivers for the following day Booking replacements for driver shortages General admin duties, assisting with staff payroll, booking holidays etc Skills required for account manager role: Customer service Man management Driver Recruitment Driver regulations knowledge Organisational and planning Administration PC Literate Driving Basic to 40k Pension scheme Excellent career progression opportunities
