If so, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Supervisor / Senior Quality Inspectoron a permanent basis for a company that supply globally specialising the design and manufacture of bespoke mechanical equipment for a variety of different industries to join their growing Quality team. Quality Supervisor / Senior Quality Inspector Essential Requirements / Experience: The successful candidate will be familiar with inspection and technical quality processes Must have management experience or at a senior level looking to take on a management position Must have a quality related engineering / manufacturing background The ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings Must be confident, motivated and hungry. We are seeking someone that wants to grow and progress their career within a quality engineering career path Quality Supervisor / Senior Quality Inspector Salary Package Competitive annual salary up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) Annual Bonus Pension Scheme New Year Start Based near Tadley, Greenham, Aldermaston, Donnington Quality Supervisor / Senior Quality Inspector The Role This role is a perfect opportunity for a Quality Supervisor / Senior Quality Inspector / Senior Inspector to progress their career within a reputable company. We are looking for a Quality professional with a strong understanding and to provide general supervision of manufacturing inspection. My client is seeking a candidate with management experience / or someone at a Senior level with a keen interest to progress into management with strong quality technical skills. The successful candidate will come in to provide general supervision of manufacturing inspection, leading and managing a team of 4 Inspectors / QC We are looking for someone who can lead from the front with a hands on approach with a 50/50 split between management and hands on quality tasks Monitoring inspection and test departments as well as initiating action to maintain acceptable levels. Conduct training and programmes to improve all areas of manufacturing inspection and test departments. Developing manpower planning and new programs to complete projects Scheduling overtime and cost-effective use of temp services as well as labour Coordinating inspection, calibration and test to schedule requirements in production meetings held with Team Leaders and production planners.
