Due to continued expansion and growth within their organisation, our client is seeking to recruit a Quality Manager to drive the operational quality upwards. You will be joining a company that operates within the manufacturing, engineering and construction sector. Working for this full-time role with a salary up to £70,000 plus benefits (salary negotiable dependent upon experience.) The primary responsibilities of the role are to establish, maintain and oversee operation of an integrated management system to meet customer requirements and the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. To act as the designated Privacy Officer. The primary objective of the role is to ensure the Integrated Management System continues to meet requirements and is effective in meeting its aims Main duties and responsibilities: Establish and maintain a documented quality system to meet requirements, ensuring the integrity is maintained during times of change Maintain accreditation to ISO standards as required Regularly audit the business processes to ensure processes are delivering their intended outputs Prepare project specific Risk Analyses, Quality Plans and QC documentation Manage high level quality incident investigations Represent the QESH team on Management Team Map new business processes when business conditions change Regularly report on the performance of the Quality Management System and improvement opportunities Promote customer focus throughout the company Carry out the functions of the Privacy Officer as needed to comply with regulations Standard and additional duties as assigned To be considered for this role you must have: Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 (with EN 1090, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 awareness) Experience in carrying out investigations including root cause analysis Experience in auditing, with a relevant qualification in auditing techniques Experience or qualification in statistical techniques CSCS (SMSTS or SSSTS preferred) Full UK Driving License (preferable clean) Detailed knowledge of Data Protection legislation currently in force A willingness to undertake extensive travelling A keen eye for detail Preparedness to take on new duties and learn new skills for these Ability to map and improve processes Training skills
